Our foundation is a registered nonprofit, dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable infants and children by supporting their families.
Our Mission
Nurturing new beginnings. Stork Support is focused on safe sleep, safe travel, and breastfeeding. We provide essential resources such as car seats, pack-n-plays, and breast pumps for newborns and families in need. Every donation directly impacts Albany, Carbon, Laramie, and Sheridan counties, ensuring a secure and hopeful start to life.
Our Beginnings
In 2019, a young woman faced significant challenges while preparing to become a mother. With little to no financial or familial support, she found it difficult to provide for her child alone. Recognizing this community need, the staff at Ivinson Memorial Hospital decided to make a difference, leading to the creation of Stork Support.
What We Do
As stated in our mission, our goal is to ensure that our most vulnerable populations, infants and children, have a fair and safe start to life, regardless of the circumstances they are born into. We focus on providing essential items to meet needs related to safe sleep, travel, and breastfeeding. Anyone can request assistance from Stork Support with the assurance of complete confidentiality, irrespective of their financial situation.

Dr. Samantha Herriott DO, FACOOG
Dr. Herriott is an OB/GYN at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Inspired by a personal experience with a patient in need after giving birth, she founded Stork Support. Since its inception, Stork Support has grown tremendously. Dr. Herriott is dedicated to expanding this vital work throughout the state of Wyoming.
